Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent education preferred
- At least one year of related experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Demonstrated competency to perform housekeeping duties safely
- Ability to interact professionally with patients and staff
- Capability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- Ability to follow infection control policies and OSHA standards
- Willingness to participate in continuing education
- Ability to work various shifts including nights and weekends
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Performs general cleaning tasks in assigned areas to maintain a safe and attractive environment
- Interacts positively with patients, family, and staff to support a customer-service focus
- Responds promptly to requests for directions, information, and assistance
- Ensures thorough room cleaning and discharge inspections according to department standards
- Tracks and reports safety and equipment repair needs during cleaning activities
- Follows infection control precautions and OSHA safety standards
- Manages supplies and equipment efficiently to minimize waste and incidental overtime
- Participates in team meetings and contributes ideas for process improvement
