Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent education preferred
- One year of experience preferred
- Demonstrates skills and competencies necessary to safely perform the assigned job
- Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing English
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently
- Ability to perform duties with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of safe use of housekeeping equipment and chemicals

Job Duties
- Interacts in a positive, professional manner with patients, family and staff

- Responds promptly and positively to requests for assistance with directions and information from patients, staff and visitors
- Promptly responds to all assignments to create an environment that is conducive for healing
- Performs efficient room cleaning processes ensuring timely patient admissions
- Follows department process for room cleaning and discharge inspections, tracks and logs safety and repair needs
