Job Requirements
- No experience needed
- Full-time and part-time employees must work every other weekend and rotating holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to work flexible shifts including days, evenings, and nights
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines
- Strong attention to detail
- Good physical stamina
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial work is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Clean and disinfect patient rooms and common areas
- Maintain and clean floors using specialized equipment
- Transport waste to collection and disposal points
- Assist with furniture movement and event setup
- Operate UV light equipment for sanitization
- Follow safety and infection control protocols
- Participate in training and development programs
