Job Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- One year of progressive responsibility in Environmental Services or related field preferred
- Two years of Environmental Services hospital experience preferred
- DOTHAZMAT Certification within 90 days of hire
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Oversight of daily housekeeping and floor maintenance operations in assigned areas
- Serve as a resource and expert for Environmental Services staff
- Facilitate teamwork by anticipating and responding to staff needs
- Participate in training, education, and development of team members
- Ensure compliance with room cleaning and discharge inspection processes
- Monitor workload fluctuations and adjust assignments with management
- Perform safety checks and report or correct hazards and equipment repair needs
