Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous custodial experience preferred
- able to follow basic safety procedures and precautions
- capable of performing physical tasks including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, walking, and standing for extended periods
- willingness to wear uniforms and personal protective equipment as required
- strong communication and customer service skills

Job Duties
- adheres to established procedures to provide a safe working environment including aligning with OSHA, state/local, federal, and Aramark regulations
- performs cleaning and sanitizing of patient/resident rooms including vacuuming, dusting, bed making and stripping, and removal of waste
- cleans restrooms following proper infection control procedures
- accurately maintains and cleans housekeeping equipment
- cleans assigned areas to Aramark and client standards
- follows procedures for storage and disposal of trash and transports it to designated areas
- reports maintenance concerns via work order requests
- maintains friendly, efficient, and positive customer service demeanor
- secures the facility ensuring building is locked or unlocked as required
- ensures security of company assets
- performs other duties as assigned by manager
