Job Requirements
- associate's degree or equivalent experience
- minimum 2 years management experience
- minimum 2 years work experience in housekeeping, environmental or custodial services
- willing to work 2nd-shift (3:00 pm to 11:00 pm) Monday through Friday with weekend and holiday rotation
Job Qualifications
- associate's degree or equivalent experience
- minimum 2 years management experience
- minimum 2 years work experience in housekeeping, environmental or custodial services
- experience leading and managing a team
- knowledge of housekeeping systems and procedures
- experience driving customer service and guest satisfaction in healthcare
- experience improving patient satisfaction and driving compliance to HCAHPS and Joint Commission standards
- strong financial acumen and budget management experience
- proficiency with computers and technology
- ability to speak Spanish beneficial
Job Duties
- drive client and patient satisfaction scores
- provide a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors and staff
- collaborate with the Infectious Control department
- work with the Environment of Care Committee and Infection Prevention Director
- manage the Unit Operating System
- support a diverse and inclusive workforce
