Job Requirements
- associate's degree or equivalent experience
- minimum 2 years management experience
- minimum 2 years work experience in housekeeping, environmental or custodial services
- strong leadership and team management skills
- knowledge of healthcare housekeeping standards
- ability to manage budgets
- proficiency with computer technology
- ability to work 2nd-shift hours including weekends and holidays
- ability to communicate in Spanish preferred
Job Qualifications

- experience leading and motivating teams
- knowledge of housekeeping systems and procedures
- experience improving patient satisfaction and compliance with healthcare standards

Job Duties
- drive client and patient satisfaction scores
- provide a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors and staff
- work closely with the Infectious Control department
- collaborate with Environment of Care Committee and Infection Prevention Director
- effectively manage the Unit Operating System
- support a diverse and inclusive workforce
- manage budget and financial aspects of custodial operations
