Job Requirements
- high school diploma or general education diploma (ged)
- experience in environmental or janitorial services preferred
- ability to operate cleaning and sanitation equipment
- strong communication skills
- capability to follow written and verbal instructions
- good organizational and time management skills
- ability to work evening and night shifts
- availability to work every other weekend and variable shifts
- physical ability to perform cleaning duties including lifting and handling supplies
- adherence to health and safety standards and protocols
Job Qualifications

- knowledge of sterile environment maintenance and cleaning procedures
- ability to operate mechanical floor cleaning equipment

Job Duties
- maintain cleanliness and safety in assigned hospital areas
- perform general cleaning tasks including patient rooms, offices, and hallways
- handle trash removal and linen distribution
- operate environmental service equipment such as floor cleaners, vacuums, washers, and dryers
- distribute and maintain supply stock levels across departments
- communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and hospital staff
- adhere to sanitization and safety protocols complying with local, state, and federal regulations
