Job Requirements
- Successful completion of high school or equivalent
- Availability to work varying shifts with open availability preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks associated with cleaning and maintenance
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Willingness to comply with Sodexo's safety and hygiene policies
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment and possibly small vehicles
- Commitment to fostering a safe and healthy workplace
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- No prior work experience required
- Ability to work in a team-oriented and adaptable environment
- Strong commitment to maintaining safety and hygiene standards
- Reliable and punctual with good attendance record
- Willingness to learn and undertake training for cleaning procedures
- Effective communication skills to interact with supervisors and team members
Job Duties
- Provide housekeeping services in various client locations including offices, patient or resident rooms, dormitories, classrooms, common areas, lavatories, halls, and food service areas
- Complete scheduled cleaning tasks ensuring all site areas are thoroughly cleaned
- Operate golf carts or other vehicles as required
- Attend scheduled shifts punctually with satisfactory regularity
- Perform additional duties as assigned depending on business needs and client requirements
- Maintain a safe and healthy working environment through adherence to hygiene standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure quality service delivery
