Job Requirements
- High school diploma preferred or high school equivalency
- experience in cleaning or janitorial work preferred
- ability to perform physical activities including walking, standing, stooping, reaching, handling, pushing, pulling, lifting up to 50 lbs
- ability to work in conditions involving exposure to chemicals, dust, odors, and slippery floors
- capacity to maintain satisfactory job performance under stress
- ability to perform a variety of tasks without loss of efficiency
- willingness to comply with Trinity Health policies
- ability to travel between different job locations
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Clean and service internal and external hospital premises to maintain sanitary, attractive, and orderly conditions
- vacuum, scour, dust mop, and high dust assigned areas
- make beds and remove trash and linen
- wash walls and ceilings as needed
- use vacuum and cleaning materials effectively
- follow recommended handling and mixing procedures for detergents and germicides
- maintain clean and neat stations, carts, closets, and equipment
- report needed equipment repairs to supervisor
- log activities throughout work shift and complete required paperwork
- collect soiled linen and distribute clean linen as necessary
- perform other duties as assigned by the manager
- maintain compliance with federal, state, and local laws and Trinity Health policies
