Job Duties
- Obtain assigned cleaning or maintenance requests either from automated systems, daily assignment sheets or verbal direction
- Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks including moving beds or furniture when required
- Follow departmental and organizational processes to complete duties
- Complete all necessary paperwork for monitoring departmental statistics
- Follow proper usage and cleanliness protocols for all equipment used
- Notify appropriate areas through work orders for equipment maintenance
- Keep assigned carts and areas stocked to appropriate levels, including linen distribution
- Perform storeroom maintenance to meet cleanliness and safety standards
- Deliver high levels of customer service to patients and other customers
