Job Requirements
- High school diploma preferred or equivalent
- Ability to perform physical activities including walking, standing, stooping, reaching, handling, lifting up to 50 pounds with assistance when necessary
- Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors
- Capacity to maintain job performance under stress and work collaboratively with diverse personalities
- Willingness to comply with Trinity Health policies and procedures
- Availability to work Monday to Friday, 12 pm to 4 pm
- Ability to travel to various Trinity Health sites as needed
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma preferred or high school equivalency
- Comfortable operating in a collaborative, shared leadership environment
- Personal presence characterized by honesty, integrity, and caring

- Ability to work efficiently in a variety of tasks and adapt to changing priorities
- Knowledge of safety practices and compliance with hospital policies
Job Duties
- Maintain clean and aseptic conditions in assigned areas by vacuuming, scouring, dust mopping, high dusting, making beds, removing trash and linen, washing walls and ceilings
- Use vacuum and cleaning materials effectively in daily work
- Follow recommended procedures for handling and mixing detergents and germicides
- Maintain a clean and orderly station, cart, closet, and equipment
- Report needed equipment repairs to the supervisor
- Log activities throughout work shift and complete required paperwork at shift end
- Collect soiled linen and distribute clean linen as needed
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager
- Adhere to applicable laws, regulations, and Trinity Health policies to ensure ethical and professional behavior
