Job Requirements
- High school diploma preferred or high school equivalency
- Must be comfortable operating in a collaborative, shared leadership environment
- Must possess personal presence characterized by honesty, integrity, and caring
- Ability to travel to various Trinity Health sites as needed
- Ability to comply with organizational policies and procedures
- Physical ability to perform heavy work including lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally and pushing/pulling carts
- Ability to maintain satisfactory job performance in a fast-paced hospital environment

Job Duties
- Maintain clean and aseptic conditions in assigned areas by vacuuming, scouring, dust mopping, high dusting, making beds, removing trash and linen, washing walls and ceilings
- Use detergents, germicides, and cleaning supplies according to recommended handling and mixing procedures
- Maintain neat and orderly cleaning stations, carts, closets, and equipment
- Report needed equipment repairs to supervisor
- Log activities and complete required paperwork at the end of each shift
- Collect soiled linens and distribute clean linens as needed
- Perform other assigned duties by the manager
