Job Requirements

- Minimum of 3 years of relevant job experience may substitute for education
- 0 to 6 months of related experience required
- Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic

Job Duties
- Cleans patient rooms including all surfaces and bathroom areas
- Cleans nursing units and public medical and office areas of the hospital
- Responds promptly to STAT cleaning requests
- Performs project work such as buffing, stripping, waxing floors, and cleaning carpets and upholstered furniture
- Stocks cleaning carts and supply closets and mixes cleaning solutions
- Reports deficiencies to shift supervisor or management for action
- Performs terminal cleaning using UV machines and electronic tablets
