- A minimum of 3 years of directly relevant job-related experience may be substituted for the educational requirement
- 0 to 6 months experience required
- Ability to read write and perform basic addition and subtraction

Job Duties
- Cleans common areas of MedStar Washington Hospital center to include restrooms (staff and public), waiting rooms hospital entrances corridors elevators and landings stairwells staff locker rooms offices conference rooms etc
- Performs cleaning and changing mats washing windows
- washing and re-hanging cubical window curtains and vertical blinds
- scraping residual paint from fixtures/equipment
- and moving equipment furniture supplies/boxes etc
- Stocks cleaning cart and/or supply closet(s)
- May mix cleaning solutions from concentrated issue
- Reports deficiencies in patient rooms and throughout WHC to shift supervisor and/or facilitates management for action
