The Environmental Services Aide role at Encompass Health offers a vital opportunity for individuals passionate about maintaining clean, sanitary, and safe hospital environments that support patient care and recovery. From day one, employees benefit from comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans available to both full-time and part-time staff and their families. Additional benefits include generous paid time off that accrues over time, tuition reimbursement for continuing education, company-matching 401(k) and employee stock purchase plans, flexible spending and health savings accounts, and membership in a dynamic community of passionate professionals.

Joining Encompass Health as an Environmental Services Aide means becoming part of a mission-driven organization that values every role's impact on creating a healing atmosphere.
