Job Requirements
- Minimum 6 months experience as an environmental services aide or equivalent
- ability to perform housekeeping duties
- working knowledge of housekeeping equipment including buff and wax equipment, vacuum, and hazardous chemicals and their safe handling
- comprehensive understanding of the English language with ability to read, write and communicate in English
- experience in a healthcare environment preferred

Job Duties
- Mop and buff floors
- vacuum carpets
- spot clean areas
- arrange furniture and equipment in orderly fashion after cleaning resident units and public areas
- complete daily cleaning work assignments efficiently and timely
- utilize appropriate chemicals and cleaning techniques according to procedures
- report all safety hazards to the Environmental Services Manager or Supervisor
