- Prior experience in institutional environmental services is preferred

Job Duties
- Keeps patient and non-patient areas of the facility clean, safe, and orderly condition
- Cleans hospital patient rooms, baths, showers, laboratories, offices, corridors, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, elevators, stairways, locker rooms and other areas as assigned using approved cleaners and hospital approved germicide
- Strips linen from beds, washes beds and mattresses using hospital approved germicide, remakes beds after discharge
- Dusts furniture and equipment, empties waste baskets, trash, recycling and medical waste containers, washes walls, ceilings, woodwork, windows, door panels and sills, polishes metalwork, such as fixtures and fittings
- Transports trash and waste to disposal area
- Performs light moves and set ups
- Performs other related duties as assigned
