Job Requirements

  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and manage time effectively
  • capacity to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physical tasks such as squatting bending stooping pushing pulling climbing stairs or ladders standing and walking for extended periods
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment multitask and complete duties within assigned timeframes
  • commitment to safety compliance and teamwork

Job Qualifications

  • capacity to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physical tasks such as squatting bending stooping pushing pulling climbing stairs or ladders standing and walking for extended periods
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment multitask and complete duties within assigned timeframes
  • commitment to safety compliance and teamwork
  • 1 plus year of previous experience in custodial environmental services or facilities maintenance roles preferred
  • familiarity with cleaning equipment and tools such as scrubbing machines pallet movers buffers carpet extractors and vacuums preferred

Job Duties

  • Perform general housekeeping tasks including vacuuming sweeping dusting mopping and window cleaning
  • empty and clean waste containers dump carts and salvageable materials preparing items for sale to outside vendors
  • safely use cleaning chemicals to sanitize sinks commodes urinals and other surfaces
  • operate cleaning equipment such as scrubbers buffers and carpet extractors
  • lift and move materials up to 75 pounds as needed
  • follow all safety and compliance requirements including annual Bloodborne Pathogens training
  • complete additional duties as assigned
