Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- One year of housekeeping or environmental services experience in lieu of high school education
- Ability to follow safety procedures and infection prevention guidelines
- Strong attention to detail
- Team-oriented approach
- Ability to respond promptly to service requests
- Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe environment
Job Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- One year of housekeeping or environmental services experience may substitute for high school education
- Experience in a medical environment preferred
- Customer service experience preferred
Job Duties
- Maintain assigned areas in a clean and sanitary condition
- Perform tasks such as dusting, mopping, scrubbing, and polishing
- Follow established protocols for the safe handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Ensure proper collection, handling, and disposal of waste according to regulatory standards
- Respond promptly to spills and urgent cleaning needs
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily cleaning and sanitation goals
- Ensure compliance with sanitation protocols and infection prevention standards
