Job Requirements

- Ability to stand and walk frequently
- Ability to reach with hands and arms
- Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Ability to climb ladders
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Must be 21 years of age or older

Job Duties
- Clean and maintain assigned areas
- Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, corridors, elevators, stairways and other work areas
- Move and arrange furniture
- Polish metalwork
- Clean windows and mirrors
- Clean and vacuum rugs and carpets
- Clean and mop hard floors
- Wash walls, ceiling, and woodwork
- Wash windows, door panels, and sills
- Empty wastebaskets, and empty and clean ashtrays
- Transport trash and recyclables to disposal area
- Clean, maintain restrooms and replenish supplies
