Job Duties
- provide cleaning services to patient and non-patient areas
- adhere to all standards of behavior and exhibit excellent customer service skills
- clean and disinfect patient rooms, bathrooms, corridors, medication storage rooms, and public areas
- replenish supplies and remove bio-medical waste, trash, and soiled linen
- operate cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners and perform physical tasks including pushing carts and climbing ladders
- complete patient room and bathroom cleaning daily to accommodate discharges and admissions
- comply with all hospital policies and maintain productivity and volume standards
