Job Requirements
- high school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
- must be able to respond appropriately to written and verbal instructions
- six months to one year of housekeeping service delivery or floor maintenance experience preferred
- ability to communicate effectively
- ability to work well under time constraints
- ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed, but uninvolved written or oral instructions
- ability to work independently
- basic knowledge of infection control procedures and universal precautions

Job Duties
- perform housekeeping project work including floorcare and carpet care
- work independently and in groups to complete housekeeping and maintenance tasks
- adhere to departmental procedures and standards
- practice standard precautions and hazardous communication guidelines
- work effectively in fast-paced and stressful environments
- train other employees on project techniques and standards
- maintain cleanliness and orderliness in work areas and equipment
