Job Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or higher
  • 5 plus years of experience in leading teams in a formal and/or informal role
  • 5 plus years of experience in Environment Health and Safety

Job Duties

  • Manages and integrates employee activities across more than one occupational health safety and environmental discipline
  • Manages the planning and implementation of occupational health and safety environmental programs processes environmental property assessment and remediation chemical analysis evaluation of chemical processing activities and/or related support functions
  • Develops and executes integrated departmental plans policies and procedures and provides input on departmental business and technical strategies goals objectives
  • Acquires resources for department activities provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements
  • Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers stakeholders peers partners and direct reports
  • Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches products and processes
  • Manages develops and motivates employees
