Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in environmental science, engineering, safety management, or related field
  • 15+ years of EHS experience in complex manufacturing for senior role
  • 8+ years of environmental compliance experience for mid-level role
  • 5+ years of EHS experience including site leadership for Ohio role
  • Certifications such as CSP, CIH, CHMM preferred
  • Experience with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, RCRA, TSCA regulations
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage budgets and develop strategic plans
  • Bilingual skills are a plus for some positions

Job Qualifications

  • 15+ years EHS experience in complex manufacturing
  • Proven people leader with certifications such as CSP, CIH, CHMM preferred
  • Experience with ISO 45001 and 14001
  • 8+ years of environmental compliance experience in manufacturing
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state environmental regulations
  • CHMM or ISO 14001 experience preferred
  • 5+ years of EHS experience including 2+ years in site leadership
  • Strong grasp of EHS regulations, safety systems, and reporting

Job Duties

  • Lead a team of EHS professionals across multiple disciplines
  • Execute site-wide environmental, safety, and sustainability programs
  • Manage regulatory relationships including OSHA, EPA, NJDOL and third-party audits
  • Own and drive the Serious Injury & Fatality Prevention Program
  • Develop strategic roadmap and manage EHS budget
  • Lead air, water, and waste compliance programs
  • Manage all environmental permits, licenses, and reporting
  • Implement and track sustainability KPIs including Scope 1, 2, and 3
  • Support ISO 14001 and related audits
  • Lead all EHS and sustainability efforts at the plant level
  • Oversee regulatory compliance and permitting including OSHA, RCRA, TSCA
  • Conduct site audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations
  • Build a proactive safety culture in partnership with operations
