Job Requirements

  • High school graduate or GED or working toward GED
  • Minimum one year experience in heavy data entry
  • Ability to use vision and adjust focus to work on standard computer screens
  • Capacity to sit or stand for extended periods
  • Regular and punctual attendance required
  • On-site presence at the assigned work location

  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Customer service skills including telephone and email communication
  • Basic computer literacy

  • Strong data entry and data accuracy skills

Job Duties

  • Review invoices, manifests, and other supporting documentation for conformance with customs regulations and corporate policies
  • Enter commercial information accurately into customs operating system
  • Obtain necessary or missing documentation by communicating with clients
  • Verify documentation for entry and rating compliance
  • Prepare and submit customs declarations and entries to US Customs
  • Provide customer service and assistance via telephone and email
  • Perform other duties as assigned
