Job Requirements
- 2-3 years of relevant entry writing experience
- knowledge of customs documentation and shipping regulations

Job Qualifications
- 2-3 years of entry writing experience within a 3PL/Freight Forwarding environment
- ability to work both independently and within a team
- high energy with a passion for maintaining/retaining relationships with outside clients and vendors
- self-starter with strong organization and presentation skills
Job Duties
- Responsible for preparing customs documentation, ensuring regulations are followed
- review and process import and export documents, ensuring all invoices and papers are present
- partner with the operations, account management and sales teams for optimal customer satisfaction
- answer client questions and monitor processing of goods
- coordinate with vendors and carriers
