Job Requirements
- lift 25 pounds or more
- follow sanitation policies and maintain cleanliness
- able to work nights, weekends and holidays
- no prior experience required
- ability to stand and move for long periods
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Qualifications

- ability to work quickly in a safe and effective manner
- ability to multitask in a high-volume restaurant setting
- willingness to learn about wine and cellar operations
- good physical stamina for climbing ladders and lifting
Job Duties
- work pm shift from 4 pm to midnight
- give tours of the wine cellar
- locate bottles within the extensive collection
- polish glasses
- keep cellar and warehouse organized, clean and safe
- restock wines from nearby warehouse
- maintain a clean work station throughout entire shift
