Job Requirements
- At least two years of culinary experience
- Valid California Food Handlers Certification
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of sushi preparation
- Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred

Job Duties
- Prepare basic and intermediate cooking items including soups, sauces, stocks, frying, and broiling
- Perform sushi preparation and follow established recipes
- Work efficiently across multiple kitchen stations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
- Communicate effectively with kitchen team members
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards including California Food Handlers Certification
- Satisfy guest dietary preferences and support a fast-paced kitchen environment
