Job Requirements

  • At least two years of culinary experience
  • Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
  • California Food Handlers Certification
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Strong work ethic and team player mentality

Job Duties

  • Prepare basic and intermediate cooking tasks including soups, sauces, and stocks

  • Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management
  • Manage multiple kitchen stations as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in food preparation areas
  • Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards
