Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in patient-facing roles
- Knowledge of global travel logistics
- Awareness of pharmaceutical clinical research processes
- Prior experience in clinical research or healthcare environments
- Willingness to work some evenings or weekends for emergency support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in a patient-facing role preferred
- Knowledge and experience of global travel logistics, infrastructure and cost drivers
- Understanding of pharmaceutical clinical research industry and patient impact
- Prior experience within clinical research or healthcare settings
- Spanish speaking is a bonus but not essential
- Strong time management skills with ability to manage multiple projects
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
- Enthusiastic and determined to support a new service initiative
- Team player with positive attitude and dedication to patient support
Job Duties
- Serve as the main point of contact for patients and clinic nurses to manage travel and payment requests
- Collaborate with clients and trial managers to establish guidelines for new studies
- Perform new study set-up activities including portal addition, finance set-up, and regulatory filing
- Onboard clinic nurses at new clinical sites
- Liaise with patients and their caregivers or family members
- Coordinate logistics and translation with outside vendors
- Plan efficiently for future patient visits and optimize resource use
- Track expenditures and prepare monthly financial reports
- Maintain effective communication across all parties
- Handle other assigned projects and responsibilities
- Provide emergency travel assistance during evenings or weekends when necessary
