Job Requirements

  • bachelor’s degree
  • previous experience in patient-facing roles or healthcare environment
  • knowledge of global travel logistics and infrastructure
  • familiarity with clinical research and pharmaceutical industry
  • ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • excellent time management skills
  • strong interpersonal and communication abilities
  • willingness to occasionally work evenings or weekends for emergency assistance
  • positive attitude and team player mindset

Job Qualifications

  • bachelor’s degree
  • experience in patient-facing roles preferred
  • understanding of global travel logistics and cost drivers
  • knowledge of pharmaceutical clinical research and patient participation implications
  • experience within clinical research or healthcare settings
  • strong time management and multitasking skills
  • computer proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • effective communication skills
  • enthusiasm for supporting patients
  • ability to work well in a team environment
  • spanish language skills a plus

Job Duties

  • serve as the main point of contact for patients and clinic nurses to handle travel and payment requests
  • collaborate with clients and trial managers to establish guidelines and parameters for each study
  • set up new studies in portals and financial systems, ensure regulatory filings and translations are complete
  • onboard clinic nurses at new sites
  • liaise with patients or their caregivers
  • coordinate logistics and translation services with external vendors
  • plan for future visit needs and optimize efficiencies
  • track spending and prepare monthly financial reports
  • maintain effective communication across all parties
  • provide emergency travel assistance including some evening and weekend availability
  • manage other assigned projects as needed
