Job Requirements
- bachelor’s degree
- previous experience in patient-facing roles or healthcare environment
- knowledge of global travel logistics and infrastructure
- familiarity with clinical research and pharmaceutical industry
- ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
- proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- excellent time management skills
- strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- willingness to occasionally work evenings or weekends for emergency assistance
- positive attitude and team player mindset
Job Qualifications

- experience in patient-facing roles preferred
- understanding of global travel logistics and cost drivers
- knowledge of pharmaceutical clinical research and patient participation implications
- experience within clinical research or healthcare settings
- strong time management and multitasking skills
- computer proficiency with Microsoft Office
- effective communication skills
- enthusiasm for supporting patients
- ability to work well in a team environment
- spanish language skills a plus
Job Duties
- serve as the main point of contact for patients and clinic nurses to handle travel and payment requests
- collaborate with clients and trial managers to establish guidelines and parameters for each study
- set up new studies in portals and financial systems, ensure regulatory filings and translations are complete
- onboard clinic nurses at new sites
- liaise with patients or their caregivers
- coordinate logistics and translation services with external vendors
- plan for future visit needs and optimize efficiencies
- track spending and prepare monthly financial reports
- maintain effective communication across all parties
- provide emergency travel assistance including some evening and weekend availability
- manage other assigned projects as needed
