Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in patient-facing roles preferred
  • Knowledge of global travel logistics and cost management
  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical clinical research and patient impacts
  • Experience in clinical research or healthcare settings
  • Effective time management and multitasking skills
  • Computer literacy including Microsoft Office applications
  • Willingness to work some evenings and weekends for emergency assistance

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in a patient-facing role preferred
  • Knowledge and experience of global travel logistics, infrastructure, and cost drivers
  • Understanding of pharmaceutical clinical research industry and impact on patients
  • Prior experience working within clinical research or healthcare settings
  • Spanish speaking is a bonus but not essential
  • Effective time management skills with ability to manage multiple projects and timelines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Enthusiastic and determined to embrace opportunities within a new service
  • Team player with a positive attitude and genuine desire to support patients

Job Duties

  • Serve as main point of contact for patients and clinic nurses to handle travel and payment requests
  • Collaborate with clients and trial managers to create guidelines and parameters for each new study
  • Perform new study set-up activities including portal addition, finance set-up, generating materials, and ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Onboard clinic nurses at new sites
  • Liaise with patients or their caregivers to coordinate travel logistics and support
  • Coordinate with outside vendors for logistics and translation needs
  • Plan future visit needs efficiently and track spending with monthly financial reporting
  • Maintain effective communication across internal teams
  • Manage additional projects and responsibilities as assigned
  • Provide occasional evening or weekend emergency patient travel assistance
