- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to lift heavy weights up to 70 lbs
- flexible availability including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
- willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- physical stamina for demanding labor
- ability to operate ground equipment (training provided)
- valid work authorization in the United States
Job Qualifications

- ability to perform physical labor including lifting heavy objects
- strong teamwork and communication skills
- willingness to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- commitment to safety and attention to detail
- no previous experience required as training is provided
- ability to work in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions
Job Duties
- marshal aircraft on the ramp
- load and unload baggage up to 70 lbs
- operate heavy ground equipment including belt-loaders and pushback tugs
- ensure fast and safe aircraft turnarounds
- work in all weather conditions
- collaborate with team members to maintain safe operations
- adhere to industry safety regulations and company protocols
