Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to perform physically demanding tasks
  • open availability to work any shift including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
  • reliable transportation to the San Diego worksite
  • willingness to participate in paid training sessions
  • ability to follow safety protocols
  • legal authorization to work in the united states

Job Qualifications

  • no prior experience required as training is provided
  • ability to work in physically demanding conditions
  • strong teamwork and communication skills
  • open availability for shifts including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
  • commitment to safety and fast-paced work environment
  • ability to operate ground equipment after training

Job Duties

  • marshal aircraft safely on the ramp
  • load and unload baggage weighing up to 70 lbs
  • operate heavy ground support equipment including belt loaders and pushback tugs
  • work collaboratively as part of a team in varying weather conditions
  • maintain fanatical attention to safety standards
  • ensure flights depart on time and safely
  • participate in comprehensive paid training and on-the-job learning
