- ability to perform physically demanding tasks
- open availability to work any shift including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
- reliable transportation to the San Diego worksite
- willingness to participate in paid training sessions

Job Duties
- marshal aircraft safely on the ramp
- load and unload baggage weighing up to 70 lbs
- operate heavy ground support equipment including belt loaders and pushback tugs
- work collaboratively as part of a team in varying weather conditions
- maintain fanatical attention to safety standards
- ensure flights depart on time and safely
- participate in comprehensive paid training and on-the-job learning
