Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- No experience required
- Ability to perform physical labor including lifting up to 70 lbs
- Willingness to work all shifts including early mornings, late nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to operate heavy machinery following training
- Valid work authorization for the United States

- No prior experience required as paid training is provided
- Ability to work in physically demanding conditions
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to operate ground equipment after training
- Open availability for all shifts including weekends and holidays
- Commitment to safety standards
Job Duties
- Marshaling aircraft
- Loading and unloading baggage up to 70 lbs
- Operating heavy ground equipment such as belt-loaders and pushback tugs
- Working in all weather conditions on the ramp
- Ensuring flights depart safely and on time
- Collaborating effectively with the team
- Maintaining fanatical attention to safety
