- physically able to perform labor-intensive tasks
- available to work flexible hours including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
- able to work in outdoor weather conditions including heat and cold
- willing to attend and complete paid training

Job Duties
- marshal aircraft on the ramp
- load and unload baggage up to 70 lbs
- operate heavy ground equipment such as belt-loaders and pushback tugs
- ensure safe and timely departure of flights
- adhere strictly to ramp safety protocols
- work collaboratively as a team in fast-paced and physically demanding environments
- maintain effective communication with team members and flight crew
