- open availability to work all shifts including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to lift and handle baggage up to 70 lbs
- physical stamina for working outdoors in all weather conditions
- basic ability to operate ground equipment after training
- commitment to safety and teamwork
- willingness to undergo and complete paid training program

Job Duties
- marshall aircraft on the ramp
- load and unload baggage up to 70 lbs
- operate heavy ground equipment including pushback tugs and belt loaders
- work in all weather conditions to ensure timely and safe flight operations
- maintain fanatical attention to safety
- collaborate effectively with team members to achieve fast aircraft turnaround
- comply with all union and company shift requirements
