Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- physically able to perform demanding tasks including lifting up to 70 pounds
- willing to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- open availability for shift work
- reliable transportation to Dallas, TX location
- ability to follow safety regulations and procedures
- legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Duties
- marshal aircraft for safe positioning
- load and unload baggage weighing up to 70 pounds
- operate heavy ground equipment such as belt-loaders and pushback tugs
- maintain strict adherence to ramp safety protocols
- work collaboratively with team members to ensure timely and safe aircraft turnaround
- perform physical labor in various weather conditions
- support ongoing training and development efforts
