Job Requirements

physical fitness and ability to perform manual labor
open availability to work any shift including early mornings and late nights
no prior experience required as training is provided
ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
pass a background check and drug screening
valid work authorization in the United States

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent
strong teamwork and communication skills
ability to work in a fast-paced and physical environment
attention to detail particularly concerning safety
willingness to learn and complete all training requirements
ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

Operate ground support equipment including pushback tugs and belt loaders
marshal aircraft safely on the ramp
load and unload baggage up to 70 lbs
perform physical labor in all weather conditions
ensure rapid aircraft turnaround to meet departure schedules
adhere strictly to safety protocols
collaborate effectively with team members to maintain operational efficiency
