Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Must be able to work flexible shifts Monday to Friday 7:45 am to 5:00 pm or until finished
- Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Good work ethic and customer service orientation
- Meticulous eye for detail
- Ambition for professional growth and leadership
- Availability for full-time employment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in cleaning or related roles encouraged
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to job sites
Job Duties
- Clean residential homes according to company standards
- Use provided cleaning supplies and equipment efficiently
- Maintain a meticulous eye for detail to ensure customer satisfaction
- Communicate professionally and courteously with clients
- Adhere to scheduled shifts and complete assignments in a timely manner
- Participate in training sessions and company meetings
- Uphold safety and hygiene regulations at all times
