Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Ability to work flexible Monday to Friday shifts 7:45 am to 5:00 pm or until job completion
- Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Strong work ethic and dedication to customer service
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning
- Willingness to grow and develop in the company
- Reliable and punctual attendance
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Good work ethic and enjoyment in serving people
- Meticulous eye for detail
- Ability to work flexible Monday to Friday shifts
- Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle
- Experience in related fields such as home health aide, caretaker, hospitality, carpet cleaning, general labor, waiter, or hotel housekeeping encouraged
- Future-focused mindset with aspirations for leadership
Job Duties
- Perform residential cleaning efficiently and thoroughly
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail
- Follow flexible weekday shift schedules from 7:45 am to 5:00 pm
- Use company-provided cleaning supplies and equipment
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Uphold company values and contribute to a positive team environment
- Participate in weekly bonus and incentive programs
