Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Must be able to work flexible shifts Monday through Friday 7:45 am - 5:00 pm or until finished
- Must have own vehicle and a valid driver's license
- Strong work ethic and enjoyment in serving people
- Meticulous eye for detail
- Desire to grow beyond cleaning roles
- Future leadership potential
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in home health aide, caretaker, hospitality, carpet cleaning, general labor, waiter, or hotel housekeeping is encouraged
- Ability to follow cleaning processes and safety protocols
- Strong attention to detail and dedication to thoroughness
- Good communication skills and customer service mindset
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible shifts Monday through Friday
Job Duties
- Perform thorough residential cleaning tasks including routine maintenance and deep cleaning
- Follow company safety and quality standards to ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage cleaning supplies and equipment provided by the company
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
- Adhere to flexible work schedules Monday through Friday from 7:45 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or until finished
- Participate in company bonus and incentive programs by achieving performance goals
- Maintain vehicle for travel between job sites efficiently and safely
