Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Must be able to work flexible shifts Monday - Friday 7:45 am - 5:00 pm or until finished
- Must have own vehicle and a valid driver’s license
- Must have good work ethic and enjoy serving people
- Must have a meticulous eye for detail
- Must be future focused and interested in leadership opportunities
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Have experience in home health aide, caretaker, hospitality, carpet cleaning, general labor, waiter, or hotel housekeeping preferred but not required
- Possess a valid driver’s license
- Own a reliable vehicle
- Demonstrate a meticulous eye for detail
- Show strong work ethic and enjoy serving people
- Have aspirations to grow into leadership roles
Job Duties
- Provide thorough residential cleaning services including routine and deep cleaning
- Use company supplies and equipment to complete cleaning tasks efficiently
- Follow scheduled shifts from Monday to Friday, 7:45 am to 5:00 pm or until finished
- Maintain excellent customer service and communicate professionally with clients
- Adhere to company policies and safety procedures at all times
- Participate in the Pay for Performance Plan by meeting and exceeding performance standards
- Contribute to the company’s community initiatives such as Cleaning for A Reason
