Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in related work preferred
- valid driver’s license may be required
- ability to safely operate a motor vehicle
- strong customer service skills
- ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- capability to maintain forms and documents accurately
- ability to use discretion and tact when interacting with others
- effective oral presentation skills
- physical ability to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally and 10 pounds frequently
- mobility to work in a lab and office setting
- ability to sit for extended periods
- vision to read printed materials and screens
- hearing and speech to communicate clearly
- compliance with all required licenses and certificates maintained in active status without suspension or revocation

Job Duties
- Maintains and stocks supplies, tools, and related items
- cleans laboratory glassware according to GLP methods
- picks up, transports and delivers glassware to required locations
- keeps wash and storage areas clean and organized
- assists with ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations
- picks up, transports and delivers samples, documents, and materials as needed
- assists with reviewing, completing and processing documents and databases related to sample transport
- contributes to departmental efficiency and effectiveness by providing suggestions and actively participating in team efforts
- promotes courteous and cooperative behavior with customers and staff
- supports a harmonious and effective workplace environment
