Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Some college courses completed or degree preferred
- Minimum one year of office administration, recruiting, or HR experience
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office
- Experience with applicant tracking system or data entry software preferred
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Capable of working with confidential information responsibly
- Accountable and reliable with ability to work independently
- Successful completion of pre-employment background check
- Compassion for others
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Conducts full-cycle recruitment including job advertising, sourcing, interviewing, and processing pre-employment background checks and onboarding
- Represents the local branch in job fairs and on-site hiring events and builds solid partnerships within the local community
- Implements and adheres to company policies and complies with state and federal laws and regulations to ensure HR compliance
- Enhances candidates experience throughout the process and adheres to service level agreements
- Maximizes best practices in recruitment strategies and diversifies candidate outreach on social media and job platforms
- Collaborates with regional talent acquisition and human resource teams and maintains up-to-date employment records
- Utilizes applicant tracking software for data entry in payroll and schedule tracking systems
- Coordinates required trainings, confirms certification requirements, and conducts periodic audits of employee files
