Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Must be able to work flexible shifts Monday - Friday 7:30am - 5:00 pm or until finished
- Must have your own vehicle and a valid driver’s license
- A good work ethic and enjoy serving people
- Meticulous eye for detail
- Desire to grow and take on leadership roles
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in cleaning or hospitality preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Perform residential cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathroom and kitchen sanitizing
- Maintain cleanliness standards and ensure client satisfaction
- Transport cleaning supplies and equipment to job sites
- Follow safety protocols and company policies
- Manage time effectively to complete daily assignments within scheduled hours
- Report any maintenance or repair needs
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
