Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Must have a valid driver’s license and own a vehicle
- Ability to work flexible shifts Monday through Friday, typically 7:45 am to 5:00 pm
- Strong work ethic with a passion for serving people
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Desire to grow and pursue leadership opportunities
- Willingness to comply with company policies and standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in home cleaning or related fields such as hospitality, caretaking, or housekeeping is advantageous
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction
- Demonstrated reliability and professionalism
Job Duties
- Provide thorough residential cleaning services including weekly maintenance and deep cleans
- Adhere to the company’s high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail
- Maintain all cleaning equipment and supplies provided by the employer
- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients with a friendly and professional attitude
- Manage flexible shifts Monday through Friday, typically from 7:45 am to 5:00 pm
- Participate in company initiatives and community partnership programs such as Cleaning for A Reason
- Demonstrate leadership potential and contribute to team growth and success
