Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Ability to work flexible shifts Monday through Friday 7:45 am to 5:00 pm or until finished
- Good work ethic and passion for serving people
- Meticulous eye for detail
- Desire to grow and take on leadership roles
- Experience in home health aide, caretaker, hospitality, carpet cleaning, general labor, waiter, or hotel housekeeping encouraged
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent work ethic and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible weekday shifts
- Motivated and aspiring to grow within the company
Job Duties
- Clean residential homes thoroughly including deep cleaning and weekly maintenance
- Follow company safety and cleaning protocols
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members
- Manage time efficiently to complete tasks within scheduled hours
- Report any client concerns or issues promptly
- Uphold company standards for cleanliness and customer service
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance cleaning skills
