Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Able to work flexible shifts Monday through Friday 7:45 am to 5:00 pm or until finished
- Strong work ethic and customer service orientation
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Desire to grow within the company and take on leadership roles
- Must be able to pass background check and drug screening if required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Good physical condition and stamina
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Job Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Ensure all cleaning tasks meet company quality standards
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, reporting any issues promptly
- Provide exceptional customer service and professionalism when interacting with clients
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks during scheduled shifts
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding job progress and any client needs
